Employees of the Institute of Control Systems Tofig Babayev, Head of Foreign Relations and Innovation Department, and Elkhan Sabziyev, leading research officer, will take part in the EaP Panel on Research and Innovation: "Horizon 2020" EaP NCPs training.
The event which will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine, on 16-17 March 2016.
The objective of the event is both to exchange experience and best practices regarding setting-up of efficient NCPs networks, and to train EaP NCPs in the context of the Horizon 2020 Work Programme 2016-2017
