Discussion of doctoral thesis

A scientific seminar of the Dissertation Council was held at the Cybernetics Institute on 10 January, 2012. The thesis titled ‘Models and methods of sysnthesis of global information networks development’ by Aliyev Isbendiyar Museyib for the degree of Doctor of Engineering, specialty 05.13.01 ‘System analysis, management and data processing’, supervised by A.M. Abbasov, Doctor of Engineerin, Corresponding Member of ANAS, was discussed at the seminar.
