A memorandum of understanding was signed on 29 April 2013 between the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and the Science and Technology Park of BNTU "Polytechnic” (Belarus) for the purpose of implementation of projects in the field of information and communication technology.
