The İnstitute of Control systems participated in the Training “Fundamentals of Technology Transfer”

Training "Fundamentals of Technology Transfer” was held at the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University on 04 December 2015 for 15 participants from university.

Dr. T. Babayev, Director of R.I.T.A., ICT&FET NCP HORİZON in Azerbaijan, head of "International Relations and Innovation” department of the Institute of Control Systems made a presentation on Horizon2020 "Opportunities presented for researchers of different countries to participate in European research projects” at the training. In the first part of the presentation, information was given on the history and aims of EU framework programs from 1984 to the present. The second part of the presentation was devoted to detailed information on Horizon2020, its structure, main areas and topics. The third part dealt with the participation in the program: search and selection of subjects, preparation of project proposals, evaluation of submitted project proposals, etc.

During the discussion that followed the presentation, Dr. T. Babayev answered the interested participants' numerous questions on the programme. At the end of the training the rector, of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University professor M. Babanli made a closing speech.
