Dear members of the ED 1.20 Dissertation Council,

A regular meeting of the ED 1.20 Dissertation Council of the Institute of Control Systems will be held at 3 p.m. on September 21, 2022.

The agenda of the meeting: consent to the publication on the rights of a manuscript of the abstracts of the dissertation "Numerical methods of research of service networks with heterogeneous servers" by Esmira Mehbaliyeva, specialty 1203.01 - "Computer science", and the dissertation "Development of methods and technologies for covert transmission of sensitive data over Internet channels" by Esmira Mustafayeva, specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing", determining the addresses to be added to the "List of organizations to which dissertation abstracts are to be sent" (Appendix 1.6), determined by the Commission, approving the date of the defense and the official opponents.
