The Republican scientific-practical conference “Topical Problems of Military Art” dedicated to the 100th birthday anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev will be held at the National Defense University under the leadership of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan on May 3-4, 2023.
