The 4th Eurasian Conference on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI-E2025) will be held on December 5-6, 2025. The event will be organized by the Azerbaijan State University of Economics. The HCI-E2025 conference is dedicated to the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty" in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 28, 2024, declaring 2025 the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty" in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
