| Main scientific achievements | 1. Suggestion of numerical methods to solve optimal control problems for concentrated systems on the class of piecewise constant, piecewise linear and piecewise given control functions with the given and non-given number of switching times; 2. Suggestion of an algorithm to numerically solve a problem of optimization of the number of constancy intervals of the relay-type control in non-linear optimal control problems in systems with concentrated parameters; 3. Suggestion of an algorithm to numerically solve a parametrical identification problem in distributed systems on the given class of functions in order to determine the values of the identified parameters and the boundaries of their constancy regions; 4. Suggestion of numerical methods to solve optimal control problems for concentrated systems on the class of piecewise constant functions with uncertain information on parameters and initial conditions; 5. Suggestion of numerical method to solve optimal control problem for objects described by ordinary differential equations system on the class of piecewise constant control functions with uncertain initial information on the parameters of initial conditions and on object parameters; 6. Suggestion and substantiation of numerical methods for solving the class of inverse coefficient problems with respect to linear parabolic and hyperbolic equations under nonlocal overdetermination conditions. 7. Suggestion of numerical method to solve the inverse problem of determining the electromagnetic parameters (dielectric permittivity and conductivity) of human brain tissues based on magnetic field mapping, which can be acquired in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) setups. | |

| Prizes and awards | 1. One of the 10 winners of the competition held among young researchers of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences for continuing their post-doctorate works in research centers of Europe, who was on scientific probation during two years in the Fresnel Institute under Aix-Marseille University and the French National Centre for Scientific Research (Marseille, France, 2011-2012, 2014-2015). 2.
