Main scientific achievements 1. Algorithms for numerical solution on the problems of settling non-stationary modes on the pipeline linear section have been developed;
2.  Algorithms for numerical solution to optimal control problems of transient processes, taking into account technological constraints, have been developed for cases when optimal control actions are specified on different classes of functions (piecewise continuous, piecewise constant, etc.);
3. A qualitative analysis of  the dependence of implementing the transition process optimal time  on:
• process parameters;
• classes of functions on which control actions are set;
• restrictions imposed on phase trajectories and control actions;
4.  Mathware and software for the numerical solution to optimal control problems of  transient processes have been elaborated;
5. A numerical method for solving a three-point discrete equations system with nonseparated boundary conditions was proposed;
6. A numerical approach to solving a block structure discrete system  with nonseparated boundary conditions was worked out;
7. A numerical approach to solving the time optimal problem for oscillatory systems with lumped and intermediate control actions was proposed.
