Main scientific achievements	Analytical expressions have been obtained for an arbitrary solution of an elliptic type equation in a domain and the necessary conditions for estimates at the boundary of the solution domain. The Fredholm property of the problems under study has been shown under certain restrictions imposed on the coefficients in the boundary conditions.
