Main scientific achievements	Different types of systems described by the equations of discrete and continuous optimal management issues were studied, the delayed impact of problems of controlling systems for the first time developed a new method for finding the optimal solution of the various necessary sərtlər Kelly, Kopp-Moyer matrix and simultaneous multi-pulse sequence of necessary conditions taken. Also described in the neutral type equations analogous to the principle of maximum Pontryaginin to governance issues, and matrix-type pulse Kelly was second order optimality conditions. At the same time Goursat-Darboux optimal control of distributed parameter: the Riemann problem using matrix function məlumlarından less demanding conditions, the maximum principle was proved analogues. Pontryagin sense, more powerful second order optimality conditions for specific control functions, as well as specific management functions in the classic sense of the t-optimality of the system's intrinsic characteristics, and along the x- Kelly, Kopp-Moyer and equity-type matrix pulse sequences have been necessary conditions. Discrete systems distinctly different sense for solving optimal control problems is that the majority of the new method is more powerful by incorporating the concept of discrete maximum principle, as well as the necessary conditions were proved multipoint second order. Zero functional, more common in the first, the second order concepts and classical variations, as well as specific controls quasi optimality conditions of optimality are more powerful and constructive.
