Main scientific achievements	Investigations types of erqodic distribution of prosesses of semi-markov random walk with the delaying screen in the zero and distributions of its main boundary functionalities in a class of Erlanq and Laplace distributions.Limit theorems for the distribution of complex processes of a semi-markov random walk are proved.
