Discussions of the following dissertations will be held at the Dissertation Council D1.20 at the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) at 3 p.m. on November 16, 2021:

1) "Development of methods and algorithms for the recognition of complex 2D images (a case study of ultrasound images)" by Ulker Alizade for the degree of PhD in Engineering, specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing" at the meeting of the scientific seminar on specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing";

2) "Development of models and algorithms for controlling complex systems using a fuzzy Petri net" by Malahat Salmanova for the degree of PhD in Engineering, specialty 1203.01- " Computer Science (Engineering)" at the meeting of the scientific seminar on specialty 1203.01- "Computer Science (Engineering)".

The discussions will be held in line with the "Requirements" for the organization and conduct of discussions at scientific seminars operating under dissertation councils in the special quarantine regime approved by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 29 January 2021.
