Following the "Admission Planы for doctoral and dissertation candidates in the universities, academic institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2024", approved by Decree № 163s of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 27, 2024, the admission to doctoral and dissertation programs for training PhD and doctoral candidates has been announced.

Documents will be submitted electronically through the "Educational Centralized Information System". Persons wishing to submit documents to the doctoral program will need to go to https://portal.edu.az of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, select there the service "Registration of students for higher and secondary special educational institutions" and register according to the instructions.

Submission of applications through https://portal.edu.az will start on April 16, 2024. The application deadline is May 15, 2024.

During the admission process, persons wishing to enroll in the programs, after uploading documents to the portal, will be invited to the Institute for assignment of an academic advisor, and the prospective academic advisor will conduct an interview with them. In the absence of the consent of the academic advisor, the applicant's admission is not considered complete and the acceptance of documents will not be approved. Therefore, for timely and prompt implementation of the process, persons wishing to enroll in the programs are advised to register on the portal in a timely manner.
