Submission of documents to the doctoral program will be carried out electronically (via portal.edu.az) through the “Centralized Education Information System” (CEIS) for 3 weeks starting rom 13.05.2025.  The application process ends on June 2, 2025.

During the admission process, persons wishing to enroll in the programs, after uploading documents to the portal, will be invited to the Institute for assignment of an academic advisor, and the prospective academic advisor will conduct an interview with them. In the absence of the consent of the academic advisor, the applicant's admission is not considered complete and the acceptance of documents will not be approved. Therefore, for timely and prompt implementation of the process, persons wishing to enroll in the programs are advised to register on the portal in a timely manner.
