Director of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS spoke at the meeting of the Presidium of ANAS
19.01.2021 / Conferences, assembliesThe report on the results of scientific and scientific-organizational activities of the Division of Physical, Mathematical and Technical Sciences of ANAS in 2020 was heard at the meeting of the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences held on 19 January 2021. The report was presented by the Vice President of ANAS, chairman of the Scientific Council of the Division, Academician Rasim Aliguliyev.
Director of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Corresponding member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov took the floor during the discussion of the report. He spoke about the scientific achievements of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of ANAS in 2020, the implemented scientific results, the important scientific and organizational measures taken, as well as the problems that adversely affect the activities of the Institute and the development prospects of the Institute. Citing President Ilham Aliyev's interview to the Azerbaijani Television on 18 January, A. Sadigov stressed the importance of establishing control systems in the liberated territories in accordance with the modern development model and spoke about the relevant tasks facing the ICS.
A. Sadigov also noted that the priority research areas of ICS would be redefined, taking into account the development trends of world science, socio-economic and defense problems of our country.
