The Scientific Council of the department discussed the action plan on the 100th anniversary of Lotfi Zadeh

The next meeting of the Scientific Council of the Department of Physical, Mathematical and Technical Sciences of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) was held on January 26.

The online event was attended by members of the Scientific Council of the Department of Physical, Mathematical and Technical Sciences, heads of scientific institutions, deputy directors, scientific secretaries, heads of education, international and public relations departments, as well as chairmen of young scientists and specialists.

The first issue on the agenda of the meeting was dedicated to the tasks arising from the implementation of the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated January 25, 2021 "On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of prominent scientist Lotfi Zadeh."

The participants of the online event exchanged views on the preparation of an action plan for the 100th anniversary of the world-famous scientist with the participation of members of the Scientific Council of the Department of Physical, Mathematical and Technical Sciences and directors of scientific institutions. Academicians Adil Garibov, Ali Abbasov, Arif Hashimov, Javad Abdinov, Fikret Aliyev, corresponding members of ANAS Misir Mardanov, Afig Hasanov, Aminaga Sadigov, Bilal Bilalov, Namig Jalilov, Deputy Director for Innovation and Transfer of the Institute of Physics, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Ayaz Bayramov and others put forward their proposals.
