The paper covers such issues as differential diagnosis of acute chemical poisoning, problems of toxicology, chemical poisoning, which is so relevant these days, prevention of side effects, first aid.
As we know, nowadays, knowledge-based information technology can become an essential tool for providing first aid and solving diagnostic problems. The diagnostic problems can be mainly associated with poorly structured medical knowledge, and the solution with problems in the field of artificial intelligence. Clinical diagnosis is difficult at the site of the problem, especially if the patient is in a coma without lab tests. This system designed specifically for such cases can advise emergency and emergency workers as a consulting system (in most cases, the pre-lab manifestations of these substances are similar).
The study was carried out by the Baku Central Ambulance and Emergency Station based on materials presented in 2006-2018.
