The paper "Quasi-singular controls in Goursat-Darboux stochastic systems" by Prof. Kamil Mansimov, Head of the laboratory "Control in complex dynamic systems" of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, and Assoc.Prof. Rashad Mastaliev, leading researcher at the same laboratory, has been published in Program Systems: Theory and Applications, 2021, 2 (49)) (http://psta.psiras.ru/read/psta2021_2_3-18.pdf), journal of the Program Systems Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The paper investigates the problem of stochastic optimal control with distributed parameters and obtains various necessary optimality conditions for quasi-singular controls.
