An article by Associate Professor Rashad Mastaliyev, leading Researcher of the Laboratory "Control in complex dynamic systems" of the Institute of Control Systems of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, has been published in Dalnevostochny Matematicheskiy Zhurnal (Far-East Mathematical Journal) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 2021, Vol. 21, No. 1.

The article is devoted to the study of the optimal control problem described by second-order Goursat-Darboux stochastic systems of hyperbolic

type characterized by noise. In it, first order necessary optimality conditions under various conditions are found.
