Melikov, Corresponding Member of ANAS; and "Development of integrated expert decision-making systems on the example of oil and gas deposits”, specialty 05.13.01 ‘System analysis, management and data processing’, by Ismayil Ismayilov, supervised by Doctor of Engineering, Professor O.G. Nusratov and G.G. Abdullayeva, PhD in Mathematics.
