Regular meeting of the Science Council

A regular meeting of the Science Council of the Institute of Control Systems took place on 27 October 2016. The following issues have been discussed:

1. Civil defense
2. No 10/1 Decree of the Presidium of ANAS "Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on science and current issues” (7 September 2016)
3. Decree of the Presidium of ANAS on the implementation of No 289 Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republiс (2 August 2016) "On the rules of organizations and conducting of scientific expeditions in the Azerbaijan Republic”  
4. Decree of the Presidium of ANAS of 22 September 2016 "Main courses of the strategic action map of national economy and its main sectors”
5. On the implementation of No 96-VQ Decree of President of the Azerbaijan Republic "On approving the Code of administrative offences” (29 December 2015)
6. On submitting the results of main scientific achievements in scientific research work in 2016.
7. On submitting the 2016 director’s reports.
8. On submitting the 2016 laboratories’ reports on the scientific research work.
9. On awarding the academic title of Professor to the head researcher of Laboratory No 12 Assoc.Prof. Ramin Rzayev, Doctor of Engineering
10. On awarding the academic title of Associate Professor senior researcher of Laboratory No 2.6 Konul Omarova, PhD in Mathematics, senior researcher of Laboratory No 2.3 Mirvari Khasratova, PhD in Mathematics, and pro bono senior researcher of Laboratory No 3.1 Fidan Nuriyeva.
11. On promoting senior researcher of Laboratory No 2.6 Tofig Aliyev, PhD in Mathematics, and senior researcher of Laboratory No 3.1 Sakhavat Talibov, PhD in Mathematics, to the position of leading researcher.
12. On granting a grace period to the Institute’s doctoral candidate Sevil Gumbatova.
