Preliminary discussions of Master's dissertations of the second year Master's students of the Institute of Control Systems were held
25.05.2022 /The preliminary discussions of the Master's dissertations of the second year Master's students of the specialties 060509 - "Computer Science" and 060628 - "Process Automation Engineering" were held at the Institute of Control Systems.
At a joint session of the laboratories No. 1 "Methods of recognition, identification and optimal decision-making", No. 17 "Intelligent diagnostic and control systems for oil and gas production facilities" and No. 18 "Intelligent information processing systems", the following Master's dissertations were presented to the participants: Master's student Aysel Abdullayeva under the supervision of Associate Professor Gulchin Abdullayeva, PhD in Mathematics, - "Development of algorithms and software for the recognition of geometric shapes in a closed area", Master's student Rustam Azimov under the supervision of Corresponding Member of ANAS Kamil Ayda-zade - "Development of algorithms and software for calculating features of objects on images for use in computer recognition", and Master's student Orkhan Azimov under the guidance of Associate Professor Asif Rzayev, Doctor of Engineering - "Development of algorithms and software for analysis of signals of dynamometer charts of sucker rod pumping units". Employees of laboratories and supervisors present at the meeting asked the Master's students questions about each dissertation and made comments and gave their recommendations.
In the end, it was decided that all Master's dissertations would be admitted for defense at an open meeting of the specialized academic council for the defense of Master's dissertations.
