Memorandum of Understanding between the SbP NOO AOAN and the Institute of Cybernetics of ANAS
A memorandum of understanding was signed on 27 February 2014 between the Institute of SbP NOO AOAN (Russia) and the Institute of Cybernetics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences to promote international academic cooperation and the exchange of research experiences between the two organizations, including exchange academic materials and information; mutual visits by researchers; joint international conferences; joint research projects; other activities to better enhance mutual understanding and cooperation. The area of collaboration under this MoU is research and application of innovations based on the robust noise monitoring technology developed at the Cybernetics Institute of ANAS in the territory of Azerbaijan and Russia (the Arctic region).
