Protocol of intent between the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences
Protocol of intent was signed on 16 September 2010 between the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan and the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. The aim of the protocol is to promote development of cooperation between academics of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan to support joint scientific research, in particular, research in natural, exact and humanitarian sciences, developing scientific, engineering and social-economic problems of high importance to the economy and culture of Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan.
