A regular meeting of the Science Council of the Institute of Control Systems was held on November 16, 2022. The meeting was attended by the administration of the Institute, council members, and heads of all departments and laboratories.

 

At the meeting, Sevinj Guliyeva, PhD in Mathematics, Head of the Department of Education at ICS, spoke on the first issue on the agenda. She informed the members of the Council about the topics of dissertations, academic supervisors and individual work plans of Master's students admitted to the Institute's Master's program for the academic year 2022/2023. Then an open vote was held and a decision was made to approve the topics of dissertations, academic supervisors and individual work plans.

 

Further, reports of the Laboratory of Modeling of Queuing Inventory Systems, Laboratory of Control in Emergency Situations, Laboratory of Modeling of Socio-Economic Processes, and the International Relations and Innovation Department for 2022 were presented at the meeting.

 

At the end of the meeting, an extensive discussion of the reports heard was held, and the reports were evaluated positively based on the results of an open vote.
