ICS head of department spoke at the EU TEMPUS project meeting in Tbilisi

On 20 February 2017, T. Babayev, Head of the Foreign Relations and Innovations Department of the ICS, ICT&FET NCP HORIZON 2020 and HDM contact person in Azerbaijan,took part in the two days’ EU TEMPUS project conference devoted to modern educational technologies in Tbilisi, Georgia, and made a presentation on the HDM Initiative (Harmonising Digital Markets) of the EU and Eastern Partnership countries.
