Farkhad Pashayev appointed judge of international conference

Farkhad Pashayev, PhD in Engineering, leading researcher of the Institute of Control Systems was appointed judge to assess notices sent to the 4th International Earthquake Engineering and Seismology Conference to be held in Turkey on 11-13 October.
