Admission to doctoral and dissertation programs for the year 2023 has been announced

Following the "Admission Plan for doctoral and dissertation candidates in the universities, academic institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2023", approved by Decree № 261s of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on March 10, 2023, the admission to doctoral and dissertation programs for training PhD and doctoral candidates has been announced.

Documents for doctoral studies will be submitted electronically through the "Educational Centralized Information System". Persons wishing to submit documents to the doctoral program will need to go to https://portal.edu.az, select there the service "Registration of students for higher and secondary special educational institutions" and register according to the instructions.

Submission of applications through https://portal.edu.az will start on April 12, 2023. The application deadline is May 16, 2023.
