Participation in the first meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan Subcommittee

Tofig Babayev, Head of Foreign Relations and Innovations Department of the Cybernetics Institute of ANAS, participated in the first meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan Subcommittee on Employment and Social Affairs, Public Health, Training, Education and Youth, Culture, Information Society and Audiovisual Policy, Science and Technology held on 9-10 February, 2012 in Baku. Dr. Babayev spoke in the section "Increase of research potential of Azerbaijan by researchers exchange and other means”, reporting on the work conducted by NCP Azerbaijan in 2009-2011 on increase of scientific potential of Azerbaijan by holding training workshops, infodays for dissemination of information on European Research Area.
