Another centralized seminar of Young Scientists was held

A regular centralized seminar of Young Scientists took place at the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS on 20 April 2016. Assoc.Prof. Samir Rustamov, PhD in Engineering, leading researcher at the ICS made a report on "Intelligent systems and their application”. Young scientists of the Institute took part in the seminar.
