IV Republican Competition for Achievements in Invention

On 26 April 2017, on the occasion of the World Intellectual Property Day, the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patent of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Center for Patents and Trademarks held a conference devoted to the awarding of the winners of the "IV Republican Competition for Achievements in Invention” and the competition "Innovation Potential of Azerbaijan”. Director of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS Acad. T. Aliev, Prof. A. Rzayev, Doctor of Engineering, head of Scientific Technical Information and Patent Research Department, Assoc.Prof. R. Asadova, PhD in Engineering, and patent specialist K. Kengerlinskaya participated in the conference. The Institute of Control Systems submitted 6 Eurasian patents to the competition. According to the competition results, 3 patents were recognized as runners-up, 4 patents took a third place, 3 patents second place, 1 patents first place.

The Eurasian patent "Method of monitoring of the activity of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems” held by Acad. T. Aliev and N. Rzayeva was awarded a second place.
