The book "Collection and transmission of information to the ACS pipelines" (https://search.rsl.ru/ru/record/01006982021) was published in Moscow by “Energiya” publishing house in 1975.
The book deals with the problem of reliability and noise immunity of Remote SCADA complex in control systems of main pipelines (oil pipelines, product pipelines, gas pipelines).
The results obtained by the author were used in the development of the first in the USSR SCADA complexes for main pipelines: CDS-64 and TM-100 “Trassa”. Karayev R.A. was one of the leading developers of these complexes. Along with Azerbaijani scientists, specialists from Moscow, Leningrad and the British company Serck Controls took part in the development.
The book “The collection and transmission of information in the ACS pipelines” was reprinted in Moscow by the publishing houses “EE-Media”, “Let Me Print” and “Book on Demand” after 40 years (https://bazarknig.ru/book/2418216), (http://www.libring.ru/books/2682291), (https://www.kadayawan.com/5458312023/Сбор-и-передача-информации-в-АСУ-трубопроводами).
