Professor Ramin Rzaev, Head of the Laboratory of Information Decision Support Systems of the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was a guest of the program "Economy of the Day" on CBC TV channel. 

 

The topic of the program was "Artificial Intelligence: current state and future development". It was noted that digital economy is the first step in accelerating the economy of the near future. According to R.Rzayev, digitalization of national economy means creation of sustainable and secure information and telecommunication infrastructure for high-speed transmission, as well as storage and processing of large data arrays for all organizations and households, use of advanced software by government and municipal institutions. He noted that artificial intelligence will be key to consumers and businesses maximizing the benefits of the digital economy.
