Employees of our Institute won prizes in ICT contest

Employees of the Cybernetics Institute of ANAS became winners in nominations "Best research paper on ICT” and "Best book on ICT” of the contest announced by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology on the occasion of the ICT professionals’ day 6 December and the 131st anniversary of establishment of telephone communication in Azerbaijan.

According to the contest results,
Winners in the nomination "Best book on ICT”
1st place – author of "Noise technologies for minimization of damage caused by earthquakes” Professor Telman Aliev.

Winners in the nomination "Best research paper on ICT”
Two 1st places – author of the article "Noise monitoring technology for objects in transition to the emergency state” Gambar Guliyev and author of the article "Algorithmic approach to the analysis of service pattern with step-wise priorities” Agasi Melikov.

2nd place – author of the article "An analytical approach to the analysis of guard-channel-based call admission control in wireless cellular networks” Mekhriban Fattakhova.

3rd place – author of the article "Problem of choice of strategy for realization of ICT potential of innovation regions: cognitive analysis” Robert Garayev.
