International Investment Arctic Summit

The International Investment Arctic Summit on Infrastructure and transport-communication system of the Arctic region and the Northern Sea Route took place in Moscow, Russia on 27 February 2014.

The main aim of the Summit is building of a strong international platform with the leadership of the states of the Arctic Council, states with observer status, top managers from the financial and industrial sectors to discuss and resolve the Arctic issues, to integrate science and business, to identify investment motivations, to build a "bank” of ideas and scientific projects for practical application. Azerbaijan was represented by Director of the Cybernetics Institute of ANAS Acad. Telman Aliev.

At the roundtable discussion of "Innovation technologies to support the life in the North”, Telman Aliev delivered the report on "Noise technologies and monitoring systems for the latent period of the transition of technical objects into the emergency state”.
