A regular meeting of the ED 1.20 Dissertation Council was held at the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan on November 1, 2024. The date and official opponents of Azimov Rustam's dissertation defense were approved at the meeting.
