Regular scientific seminar took place

A scientific seminar of the D 01.121 Dissertation Council took place at the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS on 4 January 2019.  The thesis " Development of methods and models for effective cost management in support and maintenance of investment projects within the framework of UN FAO” by Elkhan Aliyev under the supervision of Prof. R. Rzayev , Doctor of Engineering, for the academic degree of PhD in Engineering, specialty 3338.01 "Computer Sciences”. The thesis received a unanimous positive evaluation and was recommended for the next stage.
