Ilgar Mammadov, professor of ANAS made a speech at the event on "Heydar Aliyev and Scientific Youth"

The event called “Heydar Aliyev and young scientists” dedicated to the 96th birthday anniversary of the national leader Heydar Aliyev and organized by the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists (CYSS) and the Coordination Council of Professors (CCP) of ANAS took place on 10 May 2019.
Academic Secretary of the PCB, Head of "Mathematical control problems" of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Professor of ANAS, Ilgar Mammadov, Doctor of Mathematics, spoke at the event.
In his speech, he spoke about the exceptional merits of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the modern and independent Azerbaijan state. It was particularly noted that one of the outstanding services of our great leader, the unforgettable Heydar Aliyev to our people is that the first thing he did after his second coming to power was prevent a civil fratricidal war in the country. Professor Mammadov said that our national leader, first of all, achieved political stability in the country, and then established the basic principles of sustainable economic development. He said that the powerful independent, developing Azerbaijan is the immortal work of our national leader, our independent Azerbaijan is in reliable hands, and the initiated political course is continued by the worthy successor of our national leader, our President Ilham Aliyev. Ilgar Mammadov stressed that the blessed memory of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, will always live in the hearts of our people.
