A global event organized by the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies and Ernst & Young is taking place in Baku on 31 May 2019. The event features a presentation on the projects in the six areas of the European Commission-funded EU4Digital program. The projects are to be  implemented in the Eastern Partnership countries in 2019-2021.

Representatives of the European Commission, Ernst & Young, state, private and public organizations working in the fields of eCommerce, eCustoms, digital trust and security, ICT innovation, e-learning, eHealth are taking part in the event.

Tofig Babayev is Head of the “Foreign Relations and Innovation” Department at the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, participates in the event as eTrade expert of the European Union's EU4Digital program.
