A round table discussion on the the Harmonizing Digital Markets Initiative (HDM) EU4Digital project within the framework of the EC Eastern Partnership program took place at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies on 26 December 2019. The round table was attended by the heads of departments of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies involved in the EU4Digital project: Rashad Azizov, “Innovation and Digital Development”, Aliyar Temirov, “Regulation of  Communication”, Azer Aliyev, “Transport Policy”, Tofig Babayev, Head of the Foreign Relations and Innovations Department of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, Legal & Financial NCP of HORIZON 2020, eTrade expert in the EU4Digital project, Anar Jafarzadeh, consulting manager at Ernst & Young and Azerbaijan’s representative in the EU4Digital project, Misirkhan Sadigzadeh, head of Business Analytics and IT projects Department of the Information Technology and Innovation Office of the State Agency for Compulsory Medical Insurance, Arif Mailov, adviser at the Information and Computing Center, and Rauf Jabbarov, Director of  ICT Application and Training Center.

T. Babayev, Head of the Foreign Relations and Innovations Department of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, made a presentation on the pilot projects in the field of eTrade,  the activities carried out in 2019 and the projects that will be implemented in Azerbaijan in 2020-2021.
