A regular meeting of the ED 1.19 Dissertation Council of the Institute of Control Systems of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held on September 19, 2025.

The meeting discussed the issue of the organization of the defense (approval of official opponents, permission for the publication of the author’s abstract, mailing list, date of the defense) of the dissertation “Mathematical modeling and methods of studying non-stationary wave processes in rheological media” by Ulviya Aliyeva for a degree of PhD in Mathematics, specialty 1203.01 - Computer Science.
