Restrictions were introduced due to the tightening of the special quarantine regime at ANAS operating mode

As is known, according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On additional measures to toughen the special quarantine regime in the cities of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Lankaran, Yevlakh, Masally, Jalilabad and in the territory of the Absheron region” of June 19, 2020, in order to ensure toughening of the special quarantine regime on the territory of these cities and regions was limited from 00:00 on June 21, 2020 to 06:00 on July 5, 2020.

With this in mind, on June 22, 2020, the President of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev signed the Order "On the application of restrictions in the operation mode of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences in connection with the tightening of the special quarantine regime."

According to the decree, during the quarantine regime in ANAS scientific institutions, organizations and services, the involvement of employees is allowed according to the shift schedule, provided that they do not exceed 20% of their total number.

The document also notes that working hours are defined from 10:00 to 19:00 and it is not allowed to attend work of employees older than 65 years.

The order also reflected the ensuring of strict observance of sanitary and epidemiological rules and quarantine requirements by employees in connection with COVID-19 infection, as well as the implementation of the provision of employees with labor leave in accordance with the summer leave schedule.
