The Academy hosted an online seminar for young scientists

Under the leadership of the academician-secretary of ANAS, corresponding member of ANAS Aminaga Sadigov and with the joint organizational support of the Science and Education Department of the Presidium of ANAS and the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists of ANAS, an interactive online seminar was held on the topic: “Problems faced by young scientists during pandemics, ways of solving them and the attitude of young scientists to the processes taking place in the socio-political life of the country ”.

The online seminar, which was organized on the "Zoom" platform and was moderated by Corresponding Member of ANAS Aminagi Sadigov, was attended by young scientists and specialists working in various scientific institutions of ANAS, as well as studying abroad (in the USA, Russia, England , Belgium, France, Germany, China, Poland, etc.) doctoral students and dissertators.

Opening the event with an opening speech, Aminaga Sadigov expressed his attitude to the events taking place on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border. He highly appreciated the decisive actions of the head of state, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, aimed at suppressing this enemy provocation, delivering a crushing blow to the enemy, as well as the support that our people showed to their state and its leader.

A minute of silence was honored in memory of the servicemen of the Azerbaijani army who heroically died during the Tovuz battles.

Academician-secretary Aminaga Sadigov stressed that the President of ANAS, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev, members of the Presidium and the entire large staff of ANAS closely followed this process, demonstrating their support to the head of state with their practical actions and deeds. In this matter, employees of the Department of Science and Education of ANAS and members of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists showed special activity.
