A paper authored by an employee of the Institute of Control Systems has been published in a foreign journal

The paper "Stimulation of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises" by Aygun Aliyeva, PhD in Economics, Head of the Public Relations Department of the Institute of Control Systems was published in Technium Social Sciences Journal (Ukraine) in December 2020.

The paper discusses the issues of stimulating small and medium enterprises in Azerbaijan. Based on the author's analysis, it is shown that the ongoing reforms in the country are reflected in the development of international relations. The existing problems in this area are also analyzed and directions for their elimination are identified.
