Basic scientific achievements	The positional-binary information technology for the analysis and recognition of periodic signals providing high reliability of identification and sensitivity to the change of the signal form has been developed. Based on the proposed technology, efficient methods and algorithms for control, diagnostics and management of oil extraction objects have been developed. The algorithms are applied in the new generation control, diagnostics and management complex created at the Institute of Cybernetics. This complex is successfully used at oil extraction facilities.
