A paper by employees of the Institute of Control Systems has been published in a prestigious journal

The paper "First and second order necessary optimality conditions for stochastic distributed systems" by Prof. Kamil Mansimov, Head of the laboratory "Control in complex dynamic systems" of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS, and Assoc.Prof. Rashad Mastaliev, leading researcher at the same laboratory, has been published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series, 1847(2021)012020) (https://iopscience.iop.org/issue/1742-6596/1847/1).
It should be noted that the paper was prepared on the basis of the extended proceedings of the II International Conference Dynamic Systems and Computer Science: Theory and Applications (DYSC) 2020 organized by Irkutsk State University and the Institute of Mathematics and Information Technologies and held in Irkutsk on 19-22 October 2020.
The paper investigates the problem of stochastic optimal control with Goursat-Darboux systems and obtains first and second order necessary optimality conditions for an open control domain.
