The discussion of a dissertation was held at the scientific seminar

The discussion of the dissertation by Polad Shahmali Heydarov on the topic "Архитектуры и модели нейронных сетей, реализующие метрические методы распознавания" ("Architectures and models of neural networks that implement metric recognition methods") for the degree of Doctor of Engineering in the specialty 3338.01 - "System analysis, control and information processing" was held at the Institute of Control Systems (ICS) of ANAS on 22 June 2021 at 15:00. The dissertation was recommended for submission to the next stage.
It should be noted that the event was held at the ICS of ANAS in line with the "Requirements" for the organization and conduct of discussions at scientific seminars operating under dissertation councils in the special quarantine regime approved by the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 29 January 2021.
