The first issue of the journal "Informatics and Control Problems" of the Institute of Control Systems of ANAS of Transactions ANAS for 2021 (Series of Physical, Technical and Mathematical Sciences) is available.

The issue includes 9 articles in English in the sections "Control Theory", "Modeling and Identification", "Information Technologies and Systems". The publication contains scientific articles on such topical issues as "The problem of optimal placement of a military logistics center", "Construction of a guaranteed suboptimal solution to an integer programming problem with one constraint on the coefficients of the constraint condition", "The method of mixed tests for improving the accuracy of differential measurement systems", "First- and second-order necessary optimality conditions in control problems described by stochastic differential equations", etc. Electronic versions of scientific articles are posted on the journal's website www.icp.az. Note that by the decision of the Presidium of ANAS, the journal, published since 1997, was included in the list of "Scientific publications recommended for publishing the main results of dissertations in the Republic of Azerbaijan" of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
