Academician Asaf Hajiyev presented a plenary paper at the XV International Conference "Management Science and Engineering Management" (MSEM), held in Toledo, Spain, on 2-3 August 2021, sharing with the conference participants the latest achievements in the field of control of queuing systems.
Leading scientists from the USA, Canada, Japan, Spain, China, Turkey and other countries took part in the conference. Proceedings of the conference (Proceedings of the XV International Conference Management Science and Engineering Management) have been published in two volumes by Springer, and academician Asaf Hajiyev was one of the editors.
At the end of the conference, at the request of the organizers, A. Hajiyev presented information about the work of the world-famous mathematician, Academician Kolmogorov. It should be noted that Asaf Hajiyev worked for more than 15 years in the Interfaculty Laboratory of Statistical Methods created and headed by Academician Kolmogorov at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
